Technowell Project Motivation

Have you ever checked work messages on vacation? Pre-check emails on Sunday to ease Monday’s stress? If so, recent data shows that you are not alone – 34% of workers in EU check work messages off-hours, including vacations and 27% report heightened anxiety before the workweek begins.

Technostress, defined as “stressful situations caused by technology” is the most critical of the negative effects of intensive use of smart technology and devices. The consequences on employees’ well-being, job satisfaction, and overall organizational performance are alarming: Technostress has become a serious workplace challenge, driving burnout in 63% of employees

  • Provide employees with practical tools to assess and cope with workplace technostress.
