“Ceangal Eolais” is Irish for ‘Learning Connection’. Through our community engagement activities, we aim to promote well-being, integration and community connections between adults living in rural Ireland. Our rural communities have witnessed significant changes in the past decade. Supporting the integration of new communities into rural Ireland, while also addressing mental health challenges facing rural residents are persistent challenges which Ceangal Eolais (CEL) aims to address. To promote well-being and integration, CEL adopts community development approaches and aim to engage rural adults in community circles to build community cohesion.

Mental Health Perspectives (Psichikos sveikatos perspektyvos – PSP) is an NGO established in 2000 and based in Vilnius, Lithuania. For over 25 years, PSP has been working at the intersection of mental health, disability, human rights, and social inclusion, promoting evidence-based, person-centred, and recovery-oriented approaches across education, social, health, justice, and other sectors. The Jugendförderverein Parchim/Lübz e.V. (JFV-PCH) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people and adults through education, vocational training and community-based activities. Through our VET center and production school, we provide practical learning opportunities that combine education with hands-on work experience. Our work focuses on strengthening personal development, social inclusion and equal opportunities. By creating supportive learning environments, we help participants develop skills, gain confidence and improve their opportunities for education, employment and active participation in society.
